Assessor/Performance Coach in Arboriculture - Guildford
About the jobJob role:
This post will be a full-time (part-time considered) fixed term contract to support delivery and development of Arborist Apprentices both in the college setting and by undertaking workplace visits to relevant employers.
What do you need to be successful?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about forestry and arboriculture. This is a diverse role and very broad so you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You do not need teaching qualification but you will need to demonstrate the ability to engage with students acting as a role model throughout. Successful candidates will have an appropriate professional Level 3 qualification either in Forestry or Arboriculture – this could be a NPTC, National Diploma or City & Guilds. Alternatively you will have demonstrable subject area and relevant industry experience.
