We are looking to fill a position as a Utility arb team leader, this role involves overseeing and coordinating a team of arborists. Your responsibility's will include overseeing day-to-day operations of utility vegetation management, ensuring compliance and safety standards, and maintaining high-quality work in line with the clients requirements.

You shall be responsible for mentoring and helping train team members, scheduling and planning work efficiently, and acting as a main point of contacts for our clients.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 3 years arboricultural experience 
• Confident climber with robust pruning and dismantling skills
• competent using a chainsaw, aerial rescue & rigging
• EFAW+F
• NPTC qualifications, (CS30, CS31, CS38 & cs39)
• NPTC UA Qualifications, (301, 302, 303, 304 & 305 training can be provided for the right candidate)
• MEWP & Digger training can be provided for the right candidate
• Full UK driving licence required

The candidate would need to have leadership skills including the following:

• scheduling and planning work efficiently, and acting as a main point of contacts for our clients.
• you shall be responsible for mentoring and helping train team members
• the ability to set up and organise a safe work site 
• clear communicator with strong organisational skills
• passionate about mentoring and training team members and trainees.
• punctual, hardworking and most of all a positive attitude to pass down to the team
