We are looking for a confident and motivated individual who has extensive experience in the industry to join our team. We are a well established company working primarily in the domestic sector. 

Expectations -

• Operating chainsaws, chippers and stump grinders, with the opportunity to use diggers and cherry pickers if the applicant be capable.
• Maintaining a tidy and safe work zone.
• Monitoring and preventing hazards on the ground.
• Supporting and communicating with climbers to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Encouraging and supporting other ground staff. 
• Driving and manoeuvring company vehicles and trailers. 

Requirements:

Lengthy experience as a groundsman in the Arb industry

Confident with hedge trimming

Relevant NPTC/LANTRA qualifications

Good health and safety awareness

Full UK driving licence

comfortable with working as part of a team of varying ages and abilities but all equally valued.
