We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our crew. In this role you will lead day-to-day operations and manage a small team, ensuring high standards of safety and quality to deliver exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead and motivate a team of arborists and ground personnel 
• Perform climbing, pruning, dismantling, and felling to industry standards
• Uphold strict health & safety protocols and industry best practices
• Represent the business professionally when liaising with clients
• Support the development and training of team members 

Preferred Skills

• Minimum NPTC/LANTRA certifications CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 (or equivalent) 
• Full UK driving licence 
• Experience climbing and operating chippers and stump grinders, with minimum 2 years in the industry
• Rigging experience preferred but not essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills  
• Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork, safety and client service
