We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Tree Surgeons / Arborists in Kent who want to expand their careers into mechanical tree work. If you have a strong background in climbing and traditional arboriculture but are excited to gain hands-on experience with machinery such as Roto telehandlers with Grapple saw, Winch and basket attachments, Whole tree chippers, Excavators, and a view to develop into HGV and large agricultural vehicle driving, this is the role for you.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

• CS30/31: Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross-Cutting, Felling & Processing Trees
• CS38/39: Tree Climbing & Aerial Rescue, Chainsaw from Rope & Harness
• Driving License with B + E
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Arboriculture/Tree Surgery
• Commitment to quality and pride in your work

Desirable:

• NPTC CS32, CS40, and CS41
• MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) experience
• CSCS Card
• Tractor Driving Experience
• Working around Roto telehandlers experience

Benefits Offered

Overtime rate at 1.5x hourly rate

Standard working hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
