Rochfords Tree Services Ltd based in Essex are looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Groundsman to join our professional tree surgery team. We are a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and customer service.

The Role:

  • Supporting climbers with ground operations
  • Safe use of chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders
  • Processing and handling timber and brash
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe worksite
  • Driving and operating company vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a groundsman within tree surgery
  • NPTC / LANTRA qualifications (CS30/31 minimum preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (towing licence advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of health & safety practices
  • Ability to work well as part of a team with a positive attitude
