We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our crew. The right candidate will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all aspects of tree surgery. You’ll manage a small team, liaise with clients on-site, and set the standard for professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of arborists and ground staff
• Carry out climbing, pruning, dismantling, and felling to industry standards
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health & safety
• Manage and maintain a positive client experience on-site
• Support training and development of team members

Preferred Skills

• Minimum NPTC/LANTRA certifications: CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 (or equivalent)
• Proven climbing and rigging experience, with 6 of years working in the industry
• Full UK driving licence (B+E preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and safety
• Additional qualifications: CS40/41, MEWP, First Aid +F, etc.
• Previous team leader or foreman experience
• Experience operating a chipper, stump grinder, or MEWP
• Good knowledge of tree species and proper pruning techniques
