We offer bespoke training for all employees to allow you to progress within the business. We are looking for a Team Leader/Lead Climber, Second Climber and Grounds Person to form a new team due to increased workload. 

All roles are full time employed from 7am to 4pm with optional opportunities for overtime and increased pay for occasional early starts. 

We do varied works including contracted commercial roadside, local councils, grounds maintenance and educational facilities, as well as residential clients.  

We offer paid trial days.

Preferred Skills

• Full driving licence and transport to and from work
• For climbers we require the relevant chainsaw small fells and crosscutting, aerial rescue preferred but not essential.  
• You'll need to be good with online paperwork via a tablet filling out risk assessments.  H&S matters to us.
