Team Leader Job in Cheltenham

We are looking for a highly motivated tree surgeon who can lead a team. Either as a ground-based supervisor or a climber and bring the best out of the team. 

They must be passionate about delivering high standards of work and have good customer relations.

The correct candidate must have excellent arboricultural and health and safety knowledge and experience.

We offer an excellent environment to work in with friendly staff and the use of a range of machinery.

This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Skills

* At least 2 years of proven experience within the tree surgery industry.

* All relevant NPTC qualifications

* Full UK driving license
