We provide a wide range of services including expert tree care, tree consultancy, contracting, planting, soil and root health improvement, compost production, firewood sales, saw milling and have our own in-house training facility.
Our specialist divisions support local authorities, estates, landowners, and commercial, utility and private clients across South Yorkshire.
This opening may be for you if any or all of these apply;
- You have developed as an arborist and would like to move into a leadership role, to mentor others and further your career development.
- You would like to be supported into other areas related to climbing arborist practices as you continue your career as a climber and team leader.
- You have a good deal of industry experience and are looking to develop a more thorough understanding of the technical and theoretical aspects of the profession but have not had the opportunity so far.
- You have already worked towards a level 3 or level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture and would like to put this learning into practice.

Preferred Skills
We are looking for the right person to join our professional and welcoming tree care team. The lists below show the kind of attributes that we are looking for in the role, however the best candidate may not necessarily meet these requirements and full training will be provided where required.
- High level of tree climbing experience, ability and knowledge
- Strong leadership and role modelling of high standards and integrity
- Efficient and safe working following current industry best practices using work positioning/rope access techniques.
- All relevant NPTC certificates for tree works (including refreshers)
- Drivers licence with C1+E endorsement
- Great communication skills
- Keen interest in arboricultural learning
- Meticulous, friendly, enthusiastic about learning, personable, self-motivated
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Arboriculture, a strong non-academic understanding of tree science or a willingness to learn
- A focus on building and maintaining strong and positive working relationships
