We are looking for an experienced lead climber for our established family run business. A pro-active attitude with a friendly disposition is a must . You will be joining a hardworking & close knit team.

The majority of our work is within or near to the Ashdown Forest - a stunning location to work in. We undertake domestic and commercial tree work with the bulk of our work being removals and reductions.

We take pride in providing a professional service to our customers, maintaining a safe and enjoyable working environment for our team. 

There will be opportunities for the right candidate to develop their qualifications. Salary is negotiable dependent on skills and experience. Full or part time applicants considered.

Preferred Skills

Essential

• Full, clean driving license & trailer towing experience
• NPTC Chainsaw Maintenance and Crosscutting
• NPTC Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm
• NPTC Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue
• NPTC Aerial cutting of trees using free fall techniques
• First Aid qualification
• Good communication & customer service skills

Desirable

• NPTC Aerial pruning
• NPTC Medium trees
• NPTC Windblown trees
• NPTC Aerial rigging
• MEWP operator

* 28 days annual leave entitlement, increasing to 30 days after 18 months service.
